Civil & Infrastructure Projects
A well-established and rapidly growing civil engineering company is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple large-scale infrastructure and land development projects.
The company specializes in earthworks, commercial site development, and structural works for both private and public clients. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a capable leader to ensure successful project execution — on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects — from planning through to completion
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes
Monitor daily progress, manage risks, and resolve on-site or planning issues as they arise
Implement cost control measures and track project budgets
Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for senior leadership
Oversee procurement planning and subcontractor management
What They're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams
Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
PMP certification or equivalent credentials is an added advantage
