As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our founding team. You’ll play a central role in identifying top talent, building long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions across engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment across engineering and technical functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain strong client relationships — from SMEs to multinationals — offering insights and solutions tailored to their hiring needs
Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through referrals, networking, and market research
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and collaborating on pitches and proposals
Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment process
Track activity, update CRM (e.g., Bullhorn), and support continuous process improvements
What Ental Looking For
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or engineering sector
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and commercial instincts
Self-motivated, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape something new
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your desk
Based in Malaysia, with the ability to meet clients or candidates when needed
Bonus: experience in a boutique recruitment environment or exposure to the manufacturing/engineering sectors
