RBA Officer

Our client is an established engineering and project solutions provider serving industrial and manufacturing sectors across the region. Key Responsibilities

 

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of RBA policies, procedures, and governance processes. 
• Maintain document control systems, audit records, compliance registers, and reporting documentation. 
• Conduct supplier and subcontractor due diligence reviews, self-assessment questionnaires (SAQs), and ethical compliance audits. 
• Manage supplier compliance records and maintain approved vendor tracking databases. 
• Support internal, customer, and RBA audit preparation, including documentation, evidence collection, and audit coordination. 
• Monitor corrective action plans (CAPs) and ensure timely closure of audit findings. 
• Coordinate and facilitate RBA awareness and compliance training programmes for employees and external stakeholders. 
• Compile and analyse data for RBA, IMS, ESG, and management reporting purposes. 
• Travel to project sites, fabrication yards, and supplier locations as required. 

 

Key Requirements

 

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Human Resources, or a related discipline. 
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in RBA compliance, supply chain auditing, QESH administration, or related compliance functions.
• Experience within engineering, EPCC, manufacturing, industrial, or construction-related environments is highly preferred. 
• Working knowledge of the RBA Code of Conduct, labour regulations, and Environmental, Health & Safety standards. 
• RBA Awareness Training and RBA Internal Auditor Training certification will be advantageous. 
• Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 is an added advantage. 
• Strong organisational, analytical, and documentation management skills. 
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
