What a privilege it is to build a company with people who chose to take a chance on it with me.
Running a young company, each quarter feels like a new year. There’s always something new to learn, new people joining us, and new opportunities to think about. It’s one of the things I enjoy most about this stage of Ental. Everyone is hungry, everyone cares, and every win still feels personal to all of us.
I’ve always believed that the right environment helps people do their best work. A space where a team can learn from each other, grow together, and feel proud to walk into every morning.
It’s the same reason I’m excited about building Ental in the AI era. We were born into it, so we’ve never had old habits to unlearn. For us, the opportunity is to use these tools to find new and more creative ways to build relationships. The more we can simplify the process, the more time our consultants have for what this job is really about: people, conversations, and being there for our clients and candidates.
So this month, we said goodbye to our old office in Malaysia and moved into our new one. Everyone got their notebook with photos inside, a small reminder of where we started. A new space, a growing team, and a lot of ambition ahead!
