- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical scoping through to proposal development and contract closing; deliver consistent revenue growth in line with divisional targets
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conduct technical presentations to key stakeholders, and travel frequently across regional and international territories to support distributors and accounts
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical/Biochemical Sciences, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven business development or technical sales experience in cryogenic equipment, industrial gases (LN2), pharmaceutical processing infrastructure, or high-end food packaging automation
- Proven track record in managing international distributors and independently developing new geographic territories
- Deep understanding of cryogenic freezing curves, vacuum-jacketed/super-insulated piping infrastructure, and CIP/SIP regulatory compliance in biopharma or food processing is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen — negotiation, contract structuring, value-proposition mapping — with the mobility and flexibility to travel frequently across regional and international markets.
