Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer

The company supports a diverse portfolio of projects, offering end-to-end engineering expertise from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and project handover.

 

About the Role

 

The Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for supporting and leading process engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning. This role works closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical and quality requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Engineering & Design

• Prepare engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with specialists, consultants, and designers to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Prepare tender documents including scope of work, specifications, and BOQ.
• Support and review engineering drawings and design submissions.

Procurement & Technical Evaluation

• Respond to technical queries and participate in technical clarification discussions.
• Evaluate technical submissions from vendors and contractors.
• Prepare technical comparisons and recommendations during procurement activities.

Project Execution & Commissioning

• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
• Review and approve technical submissions, work methods, and design changes.
• Support contractors and site teams in resolving technical issues.
• Lead or participate in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

 

Key Requirements

 

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, HVAC, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Open to Process Engineers (minimum 1 year of experience) and Senior Process Engineers (minimum 5 years of experience) within engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
• Experience in engineering design, technical coordination, project execution, and commissioning activities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to travel or be stationed on-site when required.
