Construction Manager

Location: Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead and oversee day-to-day construction activities for industrial projects.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment resources.
• Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and drive continuous improvements in construction execution.

 

Key Requirements

 

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with proven project site management exposure.
• Strong experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple site priorities.

 

Preferred Background

 

• Experience leading large-scale industrial or plant construction projects.
• Track record of managing subcontractors and delivering projects on time and within budget
