About the Roles

We currently have four openings for Recruitment Consultants and Section Managers across our practice areas. These roles combine hands‑on recruitment delivery with client engagement and, for Section Managers, team leadership responsibilities.

Recruitment Consultant – Industrial
Recruitment Consultant – Advanced Manufacturing
Section Manager – Engineering
Section Manager – HR & Finance

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates across assigned practice areas.
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking.
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Provide market insights and talent strategies to support client decision‑making.
For Section Managers: lead and mentor consultants, drive practice growth, and manage client relationships.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience (consultant level) or 4-6 years with leadership exposure (section manager level).
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver results.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and driven to achieve both individual and team goals.
