QAQC Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality management initiatives across industrial construction and engineering projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and leading the QA/QC team throughout project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company quality management systems.
• Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Review subcontractor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor the QA/QC team while promoting a strong quality culture.

 

Key Requirements

 

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience within construction, industrial, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, audits, inspections, and quality systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA/QC teams and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
